Challenge

After building a talent acquisition team from the ground up, Regal Rexnord needed to launch its employer brand and build a career site from scratch.

Regal Rexnord was undergoing a major transformation—three merging brands, unifying company identity, and building an in-house TA function from scratch.
Without a dedicated career site, the team relied on ATS job postings, which lacked compelling employer branding and SEO optimization.
To attract top talent, they needed:

Create an employee story-driven, dynamic career site that brings the Regal Rexnord brand to life.

Regal Rexnord partnered with Happydance to build an engaging, scalable career site and then the Stories Inc. team got to work.
Stories created the content foundation—conducting 16 employee interviews, capturing 900+ photos, and producing six videos to showcase company culture.
Story-driven copy infused the Regal Rexnord EVP throughout the site, shaping 12 key pages covering business areas, locations, and early career opportunities. The result? A career site that attracts talent while reinforcing Regal Rexnord’s external brand.

From the 16 employee interviews, Stories Inc. created six videos with the following themes: 

 

  • Culture overview
  • Four business area overviews: Production & Skilled Trades, Sales, Digital/IT and Engineering
  • Leadership standalone story

After the site launch, career site traffic in the first three months matched the previous year’s total.

Employee stories are now leveraged across multiple teams—not just for talent attraction, but for corporate branding and marketing. And engaging content drives candidate engagement, featuring dynamic photography, videos, and tailored storytelling.
